Welcome to the March Newsletter from Hemcheck
There are many things ongoing at Hemcheck and March has been an interesting month.
|
We are working hard in our pursuit of helping more healthcare providers and patients in reducing the issues related to hemolysis. For example, we are following the implementation at Capio S:t Göran closely and we have several user tests and trials ongoing or planned which is very positive. We are also taking steps in establishing Hemcheck in new markets through distributors such as in the Middle East, where we during March signed a 3-month evaluation agreement with Medtech Corporation, regarding the Qatari market. We also signed a distributor agreement with the leading and well established company HKO Medical Systems d.o.o. regarding distribution of our product in Croatia.

We are also getting more and more global attention which is very positive. One recent example being that Hemcheck was recognized by the Centre for Phlebotomy Education (https://phlebotomy.com) in the US.

Medtech Corporation
|
Hemcheck has signed a 3-month evaluation agreement, starting in March 2021, with potential continuation into a 24-month long distribution agreement with Medtech Corporation Trading (”Medtech Corporation”), one of the leading distributors of medical equipment in Qatar. The agreement is formed to evaluate the collaboration and market opportunity, and will be exclusive for the Qatari market, should the evaluation be successful according to both parties. Medtech Corporation has committed to an initial purchase order of readers and one-time tests for a value of 8,000 EUR, should the agreement be extended after the 3-month evaluation period.

Earlier in March, Joen Averstad presented Hemcheck at the Aktieportföljen Live event with focus on presenting the company, our focus and future plans to current and potential new investors.
|
Aktieportföljen Live is a collaboration between the Facebook groups “Aktier - Småbolagsjakten” and “Aktieportföljen”. Together, they make up for the largest, digital platform and bulletin board in Scandinavia with over 140 000 members. In these groups, the members interact in daily discussions and tips regarding shares and investments. Finwire.tv is their joint Youtube-channel created to communicate complementary videos to the regularly yearly reports, press releases etc. from listed companies which are usually communicated solely in text. Their aim is to display potential new investments to a broader audience.

Hemcheck recognized by the Centre for
Phlebotomy Education in the US
|
The Centre for Phlebotomy Education published an article earlier this month recognizing Hemcheck and our products: “New Technology Detects Hemolysis During the Draw”. The author, Dennis J. Ernst (ASCP) who is the Director of the Centre for Phlebotomy Education, has been involved in phlebotomy for over 30 years and is displaying Hemcheck’s solutions in a highly positive and inspiring manner for their audience.

The Centre for Phlebotomy Educations is based in the US, but has a global reach. Their mission is to empower those who manage and are responsible for blood collection procedures for clinical, laboratory testing through education, displaying trends and new technology etc.

Distributor Agreement signed with HKO Medical Systems d.o.o.
|
Hemcheck has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with HKO Medical Systems d.o.o (“HKO”), a leading distributor of medical equipment in Croatia. The agreement will be in force from March and valid until the end of April 2023, concerning the Croatian market. HKO has committed to an initial purchase order of readers and one-time tests for a value of 7,000 EUR.
